The TESL NYYR Affiliate Chapter Executive Committee
The Affiliate Chapter Executive Committee is made up of a diverse group of educators from a variety of backgrounds, all of whom bring a wealth of experience to their roles. To help members access relevant and innovative professional development opportunities, we organize two conferences each calendar year. Through our website, the committee is also dedicated to informing members of additional PD opportunities, current news in the field, and new job postings in and around the Greater Toronto Area.

TESL North York/York Region (NYYR) is currently recruiting for a number of Executive Committee positions.
One of the main goals of TESL North York/York Region is to organize professional development activities for members and interested members of the public. We strive to have members representing all of the ESL teaching sites in the region.

Affiliate Chapter executive members are exempt from the annual PD audit and credited with professional development hours. Executive terms are 3 (three) years with the option to continue.
